Heffron Park, Maroubra - Stage 2

The upgrade of Heffron Park, in Sydney’s eastern suburb of Maroubra, continues with the commencement of construction on Stage 2. After the successful completion of Stage 1, Statewide Civil was awarded the project by Randwick City Council.

Heffron Park Stage 2 continued along Jersey Rd, & linked the work already completed as part of the Stage 1 works. The shared cycleway continued along to Bunnerong Rd, with the installation of sheltered picnic areas, 2 car parking facilities, seating areas & a children’s bike facility which is sure to be a favourite among the younger residents with working traffic signals, roundabouts, traffic signage, pedestrian crossings & even a timber bridge.
