Heffron Park, Maroubra - Stage 1

Heffron Park, situated in Maroubra in the eastern suburbs, was a project undertaken by Statewide Civil for Randwick City Council. The project’s aim was to rejuvenate a large section of this park, and deliver an aesthetically pleasing, and highly practical product that can be enjoyed by all. With the installation of over 500Lm of drainage pipes, 30 drainage pits, 825Lm of kerb and gutter, approximately 3000m² of footpath and cycleway, and a 2070m² landscaped car park, Heffron Park has been upgraded from an area that was run down and old, to a modern and convenient precinct.

With Heffron Park being a major attraction for netballers, cyclists and school children in the region, a more accessible recreational area, with increased parking and facilities, can now be utilised by all.
