O’Connell Street Upgrade, Parramatta CBD

Statewide Civil was contracted by Parramatta City Council to undertake the construction & realignment of existing kerb & footpath along O'Connell St. This project consisted of re-constructing 330Lm of kerb & gutter, the installation of approximately 1200m² of concrete paving, over 4300m² of asphalt road, additional street lighting & the relocation of existing traffic signals.

With works in & around the historic Tudor Gatehouse, liaising with consultants to ensure the strict archaeological & historical guidelines were adhered to was of primary importance.
