Great River Walk, Emu Plains

Penrith City Council contracted Statewide Civil to undertake the construction of the picturesque Great River Walk, Emu Plains. The project consisted of a 1.2km portion of the shared path, which continued along River Rd to the M4 underpass. The project included the installation of 72Lm of 375mm stormwater drainage pipes, the construction of 1260Lm of new kerb & gutter, 3340m² of coloured concrete path, installation of handrails, and with sections of the shared path being suspended, the installation of over 140 screw piles & 620Lm of parallel flange channels.
