The Remediation of Frenchman’s Bay Landfill which overlooks Little Bay was contracted to Statewide Civil by Randwick City Council.

This project included re-shaping the contours of the existing land, remediation of a residential site, construction of environmental water-conserving sub-soil drainage, mass planting areas, construction of shared pathway, turfing and additional bench seating.

With construction so close to Botany Bay and Statewide Civil’s commitment to environmental protection, it allowed the company to complete yet another successful project along the beautiful Sydney coastline. Surrounded by indigenous land this project was also politically sensitive and with positive consultation with the local Indigenous spokesmen, the project was completed with a high standard and is now enjoyed by all members of the public.
