Chifley Sports Reserve

Statewide Civil was contracted to undertake the remediation of Chifley Sports Reserve. Being one of our largest projects to date, we were proud to be affiliated with another high-profile project for Randwick City Council. Construction work on the 7.7 hectare site commenced in July 2013 & involved;

Remediation & levelling of the entire site
Installation of 4500m² of shared pathway
2 dedicated baseball fields, with clay diamonds & perimeter fencing
A large multipurpose playing field to be utilised for a range of sports
Installation of over 800Lm of stormwater drainage pipes
3 300kL underground concrete water tanks & complete irrigation system
Installation of GPT unit
45 sports field & car park lighting towers
3 car parks accommodating over 180 cars
Planting of thousands of native trees & shrubs

This project was proudly completed for Randwick City Council in December 2015 and can be utilised as a recreational precinct for all residents & visitors to the area.
